Just so you know Gerkinman is a copyrighted and trademarked name and using it could get you into a lot of trouble, namely with me seeing as i own all rights, trademarks and copyrights with the name, so watch yourself because if you slip up i do have the legal power to do something about it.
Right. So does that mean I can't use the name or does it mean I can't use the name without your permission? Do you have any advice on what I should do? I don't want to be caught out with copyright when I put a lot of effort into creating the character and plots and anything.
